Silva Plumbing Service Canberra

I called Silva Plumbing for a quote on a broken downpipe. Michael asked me to send a picture of the downpipe, and then called back and explained it was an easy repair just missing a screw, and explained how I could repair it myself to save the cost of a call out. I was also looking for advice in relation to a drainage issue and Michael took the time to talk through a variety of options on how I could resolve the issue, including options on how I could do it myself and save money. He sent me pictures and videos of other jobs to ensure I understood, even after it was clear that I likely wouldn’t proceed with using his services. Friendly, professional, honest and genuinely helpful and kind. I wouldn’t use any other plumber in Canberra after this experience. Thanks Michael.

Can highly recommend Silva plumbing. We had a pretty difficult stormwater problem, and Michael managed to find the problem and resolve it quickly. Without his problem solving skills this one could have ended up a lot more expensive for us.

Michael was so great, I called him at 7:30AM and he was at my place before 9AM. Very transparent about the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did a great job and his banter was on point! He'll be my first call next time I need a plumber!

Called this morning for a blocked toilet and came out 1.5hrs later and fixed the issue! Second time used Michael and both times provided quick, professional service. Pricing excellent and worth every penny. Highly recommend Michael Silva

Big thumbs up for Silva Plumbing! Michael came to replace a range of taps, shower arms + heads, and also fixed a leaking toilet in my unit. His is a family owned/operated business, he was great to deal with from quote to finishing the job, and had a few tips to share. I can vouch for his professionalism, and he’ll be returning soon to replace a vanity. If you are in the Queanbeyan area, I wouldn’t look any further for a honest, friendly and great plumber! Thanks Michael.

My partner and I have previously engaged the services of Silva Plumbing and were very impressed with Michael’s professionalism and timely assistance. I had recently engaged in Michael’s service again because of how impressed we were, and was definitely not left disappointed. Michael catered to my availability and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. My partner and I have tried other plumbing services in Canberra, however they were always a no-show or have over-quoted even without asking us what the issue was. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient and dedicated at what he does. I would highly recommend his services. 😄

Probably the most Honest and nicest Plumber you will find. I called up Michael due to a leaky valve. Whilst he could not tend to me and is going away on a holiday he took the time to walk me through how to fix the leak temporarily. Furthermore, he also gave advice on getting other plumber and what he pricing i should expect. What a great guy. Would definitely use his services in future.

Called up Michael for an issue with the anti-flood device in our AEG dishwasher. Provided the error code to him and he advised that it would be an expensive visit for a relatively simple fix. He gave me step-by-step instructions over the phone to try and save some money. Will return to Michael with future plumbing issues.

My tenant reported a very leaky tap and at around 11.40 am I called Michael to check his availability. As he was in the area, he was able to attend within the hour and had it all fixed. He also gave me a verbal report on the condition of the pipework behind the wall if any future repairs were required at that location. His communication was outstanding and I would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend Michael.

Highly recommend Michael! Responsive, professional and punctual. Has a lot of depth in his character and is very mature. Helped save costs by suggesting me how I can prepare for his visit as well, if I'd want to save some cost. Genuinely wants to help. Will call Michael hereon for any plumbing or gas related issues.
